Homemade Lasagna
Morning (breakfast, snack):
- half decaf coffee*
- Quaker Squares cereal with skim milk
- two banana oatmeal chocolate chip muffins
Afternoon (lunch, snack):
- LO bison short ribs, potatoes, and grilled red pepper
- skim milk
- Tim Horton's decaf coffee*
- Golden Delicious apple
- a piece of white cake (given to me at work by a project manager, for no apparent reason )
Evening (supper, dessert/snack):
- LO lasagna (from freezer)
- skim milk
- milk chocolate ball
- small can of V8
