Homemade Lasagna

Morning (breakfast, snack):

  • half decaf coffee*
  • Quaker Squares cereal with skim milk
  • two banana oatmeal chocolate chip muffins

Afternoon (lunch, snack):

  • LO bison short ribs, potatoes, and grilled red pepper
  • skim milk
  • Tim Horton's decaf coffee*
  • Golden Delicious apple
  • a piece of white cake (given to me at work by a project manager, for no apparent reason )

Evening (supper, dessert/snack):

  • LO lasagna (from freezer)
  • skim milk
  • milk chocolate ball
  • small can of V8
