Perfect Bison Tenderloin

A couple of weeks ago, Neil put a whole bison tenderloin on the barbeque rotisserie. It was probably the best meat we've ever eaten in this house--and we've had some killer steaks. He applied my favourite flavouring (Mustard & Herb) to the 2 lb. tenderloin, then cooked it on the rotisserie for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Perfection!

THE BISON SOUNDS GREAT, BUT CAN I DO A PORK TENDERLOIN THE SAME WAY, AND HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE?

Sure, you could cook a pork tenderloin the same way. Just cook it until it is 170 degrees inside, which may take less than an hour if the tenderloin is between one and two pounds. I would probably check the temp after 30 minutes and go from there.
