Blog-worthy Lettuce

Can a lettuce be so good it's worth writing about? Yes! I purchased Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Romaine lettuce last week and it's wonderful! Triple washed. No preservatives. Just open the package and use it. The package is reclosable too, so I didn't even have to get out a Ziplock bag or container!

I find the business of washing and spinning/drying lettuce rather annoying, so I choose to believe that I don't have to wash lettuce that has already been triple washed. Plus, with all those small dark green and reddish green leaves, this lettuce has to be good for you!
