Evening (supper, dessert/snack):
- Healthy Harvest multigrain fusilli pasta, pasta sauce (from a jar) with ground bison, and light parmesan cheese
- skim milk
- 3/4 of a toasted whole wheat bagel with butter
- bowl of Reden-Budders Movie Theatre Butter Light microwave popcorn
