- Lentil Soup
- Wood-fired Reuben Sandwich (marble rye bread, spicy capicolla, hot grainy mustard, sauerkraut)
- three bites of Marble Cheesecake with raspberry sauce
- Tim Horton's half decaf coffee*
- large Golden Delicious apple with Litehouse Fat Free Caramel Apple Dip
Evening (supper, dessert/snack):
- two-egg omelette with chopped tomatoes, feta cheese, red pepper, and green onion
- two slices of toasted whole wheat bread
- skim milk
- some Five Alive Citrus drink
- six small marshmallows
- one Doste Pastilles Extra Dark chocolate wafer
- a bowl of Orville Redenbacher's Movie Theatre Butter Light microwave popcorn
