Morning (breakfast, snack):

Afternoon (lunch, snack): brunch at the Delta Hotel
- a croissant, a bit of broccoli & carrot with dip, seasoned rice, Mousaka, pork roast with mushroom sauce, and an omelette with ham, mushroom, green onion, tomato, green pepper, and cheese
- cheesecake with a chocolate crumb bottom and whipped topping
- coffee*
- orange juice
- small Dairy Queen strawberry sundae
Evening (supper, dessert/snack):
- LO bison steak, potatoes (with ketchup), and corn on the cob (with butter)
- green leaf lettuce salad with tomato, red pepper, and Kraft Light Done Right Creamy Cucumber dressing
- skim milk
- pink lemonade
